Registration Process

The WEE Center requires a registration fee and a tuition deposit in order to hold a position for a child. The registration fee is always non-refundable. The tuition deposit is only refundable AFTER a child has begun enrollment in the Center and only with two-weeks written notice of withdrawal from the Center. For example, if a parent pays the registration fee and tuition deposit in May 2007 for their child's enrollment in September 2007 and then decides in June 2007 to have their child attend a different school, the WEE Center WILL NOT refund any portion of that parent's tuition deposit. Once your child begins to attend school and you give two weeks written notice of withdrawal, your deposit will be refunded after tuition and any other fees have been paid in full.

Tuition Fees

Tuition: Payment is due bi-weekly in advance. The WEE Center cannot operate with stability unless fees are paid on time. A 10% late fee will be assessed when tuition payments are not received by the end of the calendar week that they are due. The Center reserves the right to increase fees to meet the cost of operation. Advanced notice will be given.

Full time enrollment is defined as 5.5 hours or more per day, five days per week.
Limited part time positions may be available. There is a 10% surcharge for part time enrollment.
